Payment Policy

PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Australian dollars.

Upon booking, styling sessions are to be paid in full 4 days before our appointment, otherwise the session will not go ahead.

Note: my styling service fee does not include the purchase of any goods or services on our shopping session. The shopping budget is set by you (the client) and is funded by you (the client).

REFUNDS

Once the service has been provided, refunds are not accepted.

In the unlikely event that I’m not able to attend our session due to illness or emergency, I will provide a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your styling session, 24 hours notice is required so I can refund your payment. Failure to communicate your cancellation via phone or email will incur a 50% fee of the total price of your session.

RESCHEDULING

If for any reason you need to re-schedule your session for an alternative date, I will keep your payment to secure the new booking.

You must communicate your wish to re-schedule 24 hours prior to our session; failure to do so will incur a 50% fee of the total price of your session.

TRAVEL

If you live more than 30km outside of Melbourne CBD, an additional $50 per 10km will be added to the price.
