DO YOU RECEIVE DISCOUNTS AT CERTAIN STORES?

No, I don’t receive kickbacks or discounts from any of the stores we visit on our shopping trips.

WHERE DO YOU TAKE CLIENTS SHOPPING?

I favour inner city Melbourne because the best consignment and vintage stores are there. After we have done a consultation, I will know more about your needs and budget and can tailor a shopping experience from there. Of course, if we find that you need new things, we can meet in Melbourne CBD, High Street Armadale or Chadstone.

what happens in a style consultation?

The consultation takes about an hour and is an in depth chat about your specific needs, lifestyle, aspirations and budget. The consultation takes place either at your home, or at a cafe on location at our shopping experience. All my packages include a style consultation, so that we have a strong foundation to build a capsule wardrobe from your own closet; or to do a shopping trip with purpose.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A WARDROBE EDIT?

This is a personal service which happens at your home and generally takes about 3 hours. We review your current items and try them on to see how they work for you. From there, depending on which package you have booked, I proceed to create a capsule wardrobe from your current items; or have a re-organisation and clear out. I take photos to use in your style guide, which is provided to you as a summary of our work together.

SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE WARDROBE EDIT?

Yes, if possible because our time together is really so limited. Please have all of your things out of storage and the laundry. If you have things to be discarded or donated, please do this before our session so it creates less confusion.
